🛍️ Siblings Outlet Return Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the Polish Act of 30 May 2014 on Consumer Rights, a Customer who is a Consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the shipment, without providing any reason.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must send a statement of withdrawal (e.g., by e-mail) within this period and return the product to the return address provided below.


2. Return Conditions

A return will be accepted if the following conditions are met:

  • The item shows no signs of use other than normal fitting.

  • The product retains all tags and labels (if applicable).

  • Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation) is included in the package.

  • The return was reported within 14 days of receiving the item and shipped back within the following 14 days.


3. Used Clothing (Second Hand)

Each used product in Siblings Outlet is unique, carefully described, and photographed, including any visible defects or signs of wear.

Returns due to nonconformity with the description are accepted if:

  • The product significantly differs from the description or photos (e.g., undisclosed defect, incorrect size).

Returns for subjective reasons (“doesn’t fit,” “don’t like it”) are accepted only if the item has not been used after purchase.
The store reserves the right to refuse a return if the product has been damaged, washed, or worn after delivery.


4. New Clothing (Outlet)

For new (outlet) clothing:

  • The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without providing a reason.

  • The returned item must be in perfect condition, with all tags and original packaging (if applicable).


5. Return Shipping Costs

The cost of returning an item is borne by the Customer.
The store does not accept cash-on-delivery (COD) return shipments.

Once the return has been approved, the refund will be issued within 14 business days from the date the returned package is received.


6. Complaints

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at:

Complaints are reviewed within 14 calendar days.

8. Refunds

Refunds are issued using the same payment method that was used for the purchase, unless the Customer agrees to another form.
Cash refunds upon delivery are not available.


9. Additional Information

Products marked as “sale” or “last piece” are not excluded from the right of return.

For purchases made by businesses (with a VAT invoice), the right of withdrawal may not apply.
